With more than 30 years of experience across the Real Estate, Mortgage, and Title industries, Dave Black brings a unique combination of knowledge, experience, and dedication to every client he serves. A lifelong Marylander with deep roots in Baltimore County, Dave understands the communities, people, and markets that make Maryland such a special place to call home.

Dave grew up in Baltimore County and attended Calvert Hall College High School before continuing his education at Johns Hopkins University. While at Johns Hopkins, Dave was a four-time All-American lacrosse player, competing in four NCAA National Championships and helping lead the team to National Championships in 1979 and 1980.

Following graduation, Dave quickly entered the mortgage industry, where he built a successful career and eventually founded and operated his own mortgage company. Over the years, he expanded his expertise across multiple areas of the real estate industry and is now licensed as a Maryland Mortgage Loan Originator, Title Insurance Producer, and Maryland Realtor.

By combining decades of experience in mortgage lending, title insurance, and real estate, Dave is uniquely positioned to provide his clients with knowledgeable insight and professional guidance throughout every stage of a transaction. Whether buying, selling, financing, or navigating the complexities of a real estate settlement, Dave brings a comprehensive understanding of the entire process and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Today, Dave runs the company alongside his two sons, Chase and Kelton Black, continuing a family-driven approach built on trust, personal relationships, hard work, and exceptional service. Together, they are committed to carrying that experience into the next generation while providing every client with the personalized attention they deserve.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time outdoors and, most importantly, making memories with his grandchildren.

Licensed as both a Title Producer and Mortgage Loan Originator, Chase Black is a true do-it-all member of the Newcastle Title Company team. From handling settlements and balancing Closing Disclosures to managing disbursements, Chase plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

A lifelong member of the Cockeysville community, Chase attended Dulaney High School, where he was a varsity lacrosse player. After graduating from York College, he immediately joined the family title company and has since grown into overseeing virtually every aspect of our day-to-day operations.

Today, Chase has a hand in just about everything we do—and his dedication, knowledge, and willingness to tackle any challenge make him a driving force behind Newcastle Title Company.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He also continues to play the sport he loves, actively competing in both indoor and outdoor lacrosse.

Settlement Officer | Licensed Title Producer | Real Estate Agent

Born and raised in the Hunt Valley, Maryland area, Kelton Black has deep roots in the local community and a lifelong passion for building relationships and helping others achieve their real estate goals. A graduate of Calvert Hall College High School, Kelton continued his education at Johns Hopkins University, where he proudly competed as a varsity lacrosse player, developing the discipline, leadership, and work ethic that continue to define his professional career today.

After graduating in 2016, Kelton joined the family business, Newcastle Title Company, beginning his career on the marketing side of the company. It didn't take long for him to discover his passion for the settlement process, quickly transitioning into the role of Lead Settlement Officer. Today, Kelton handles the vast majority of the company's closings, overseeing approximately 90% of all settlements and ensuring that every transaction is smooth, efficient, and stress-free for clients and real estate professionals alike.

Shortly thereafter, Kelton obtained his Maryland Real Estate License, becoming both a Licensed Title Producer and Real Estate Agent. This unique combination of experience gives him an in-depth understanding of every aspect of a real estate transaction—from contract to closing—and provides clients and industry partners with a perspective few professionals can offer.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience and a commitment to personalized service, Kelton takes great pride in guiding buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents through one of life's most important milestones. His extensive knowledge, local expertise, and dual industry experience make him an invaluable resource and a distinct advantage for Newcastle Title Company's clients and partners.

Nada Nakib grew up in the Hunt Valley and Cockeysville area and has always felt deeply connected to the community she now serves. She graduated from Dulaney High School and went on to earn a double major in biology and psychology at Loyola University Maryland while pursuing a pre‑medicine track. During a gap year after graduation, Nada discovered her passion for sales, communication, and helping people navigate important decisions, ultimately leading her to Newcastle Title.

She was immediately drawn to Newcastle’s family‑run culture and the genuine integrity behind the company’s name. Today, Nada serves as both the Sales Representative and Marketing/Social Media Manager, where she leads realtor outreach, creates educational content, manages digital marketing, and focuses on expanding the company’s presence. She loves finding creative ways to showcase the team’s hard work and highlight the values that make Newcastle Title stand out.

Nada thrives in the supportive, upbeat environment of the office and appreciates how seamlessly the team works together. Outside of work, she enjoys baking (especially desserts), cooking, reading, working out, and exploring creative hobbies like makeup and nail design. She also loves spending time with her cat, Morty, who brings plenty of personality into her home life.
